This was the first performance I experimented with my looper live. I decided to try it out the night before the show after work. I have a big chunky Boss RC-300 and lugged it to the gig with my gear just for a solo opener set. Yeah, I’m that kind of crazy.
I’m playing solo in between my full band gigs. I am trying to improve my presence as just a girl and her gear. My songwriting style is not built on loops at all so I’m using it to fill in rhythm guitar to play the lead parts. I’m seeing where it goes. I will probably switch to using backing tracks once I have them from the studio.
These songs are originals I have been recording in the studio. I’m hoping to get back in for another session within a couple of weeks!
